First of all thank you to the creators of this forum. I put my car in for an MOT and it came back minus the bluetooth voice command. I suspect that some one had messed around in the diagnostics ? I have followed the coded instructions and when I entered the system menu found the voice control had been switchewd to the off position as if not fitted. I touched the screen to activate it, saved the function and restarted the radio, thankfully it worked and I now have voice control back in the car with bluetooth.
