Power Folding Mirrors with Puddle Lights for MK3 Facelift

If you have a Mk3 Mondeo (facelift model) then you should be able to do this mod without to much problems.

All you need are 4 items to install. These are both wing mirrors, the relay for the mirrors & the switch to active the fold action.

1st Remove the door cards, you need to do this as the connection for the mirrors are behind the door card.

2nd Disconect the old mirror from the door loom. Then you will be able to remove the 3 screws that hold the mirror on the door.

3rd You might have to remove your mirror & cap of the door. These are just clip on & just need uncliping. But be careful that you don't break the mirrors, these are about 23 quid from Ford.

After changing these parts over it's just a refit in the reverse of removing the mirror. When on the drivers door also changeover the swtich at the same time.

To fit the relay, you will need to remove the glovebox. Next you should see infront of you on the fusebox, two empty relay holder down at the bottom of the box, one should be brown & one is blue. The relay you should have needs to go into the brown holder. The blue holder is for the washers for the headlamps if fitted.

Time to do the mod should take no more than about 90mins from start to finish.
