04 plated Mondeo TDCI 130ps. Yesterday I filled up the tank having let it run down to the warning light on & 36 miles range on the computer. Even after brimming the tank the fuel light remains on and the range remained @ 36 miles (now 0). Where do these two items get the feed from as the fuel gauge is working fine. I am guessing the engine management system deals with the fuel light and range.
